How to Create a Chart in Ultimate WP Seats Builder

Creating a seating chart with our plugin is straightforward. Follow these steps:

1. Access the Chart Builder:

   • Go to your WordPress admin dashboard.
   • Navigate to Event Manager > WP Event Seat Chart.

2. Create a New Chart:

   • Once the page loads, click the “Add New Chart” button.
   • Wait for the chart designer to load.

3. Choose Your Chart Type:
   The chart designer will present you with three options to choose from:

   1. Simple Layout:

      • Ideal for single-level or single-floor venues.
      • Customize your layout by adding elements such as booths, seats, tables, etc.
      • Arrange these elements as needed for your event.

   2. Section and Floor Layout:

      • Best for multi-floor venues, like multi-story restaurants, theaters, or stadiums.
      • Organize sections and floors to reflect the venue’s layout accurately.

   3. Zone Layout:

      • Typically used for special venue types like race tracks, parade routes, or other segmented layouts.
      • Allows you to define distinct zones within the chart.

4. Customize Your Chart:

   • After selecting your layout type, you can:
     • Add a Background: Upload a background image for your chart.
     • Place Seats and Elements: Add and arrange seats, booths, tables, and other elements according to your venue’s design.

5. Save Your Chart:

   • Once you’ve customized the chart, save your changes, and you’re ready to use it for your event.
